PRODUCTION QUALITY

Byron Bay Pty Ltd is aware that on rare occasions some specialty items, due to their rare and limited nature, may include what could be perceived as defects. This includes pressure areas for adhesives, die cutting of enamel pins or other metals, slight imperfections in printing or sewing, ect. If you feel your item has a defect that is effecting the products durability or overall usage please contact us directly and we will work with you to come to a reasonable resolution if possible. Please understand there are certain production factors that are out of our control as a company. We strive for perfection, but since a majority of our items are mass produced it is impossible to ensure absolute perfection on every item purchased from us or our subsidiary’s or collaborators. We are not able to offer resolutions based on imperfections unless it is clearly damaging to the design or artwork, and reports will be examined and taken case by case.

SHIPPING

All streetwear and smaller items (i.e. skateboard wheels) are posted nationally using Australia Post postage service and buyers are issued with a tracking number upon purchase. Byron Bay Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage sustained during transit.

LIABILITY

All skateboards leave Byron Bay Pty Ltd in basic assembled mode. It is the owner / riders responsibility to ensure that settings are suitably adjusted to suit riders requirements i.e. Kingpin. Please note that our skateboards are sold standard ‘without’ any grip tape, and it is the sole responsibility of the owner/rider to source and apply grip tape to the top of the riding surface before use. Byron Bay Pty Ltd is not held responsible for any accidents, injury or death that may result in using our product. It is the consumers responsibility to ensure that they abide by local road rules and wear personal protective equipment. Byron Bay Pty Ltd is not held legally responsible for any injury, accident or death in result of using our product. It is the customers / riders responsibility to ensure that the product is sound before function. Byron Bay Pty Ltd encourages customers / riders to abide by road rules and wear personal protective equipment. 

Byron Bay Pty Ltd is not responsible for any personal or property injury caused to you or someone you know in any way, shape, or form when the injury involves our skateboards or skateboard products. Once purchase is complete you agree to the following: I will not hold Byron Bay Pty Ltd responsible for any injuries or damages caused to myself or someone I know (be it as a gift or usage) or to property (be it my own or someone else) due to riding, moving, or displaying my Byron Bay Pty Ltd product(s).

Timber being a natural product, may be subject to movement depending on weather conditions.

  2. Weight Limit:

    • The wall hanger is designed to hold a Byron Bay vintage-inspired skateboard weighing up to 5kg. Do not exceed this weight limit.
    • Avoid placing additional items on the skateboard while it is hung on the wall hanger.

  3. Regular Inspection:

    • Periodically check the wall hanger and its fixings for signs of wear, damage, or loosening.
    • Tighten any loose screws and replace any damaged components immediately.

  4. Children and Pets:

    • Keep out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidental dislodging or injury.
    • Ensure that the skateboard is securely attached to the hanger to avoid any falling hazards.

  5. Use as Intended:

    • The wall hanger is designed specifically for Byron Bay vintage-inspired skateboards. . Do not use it to hang other items unless specified by the manufacturer.
